At Malkani & Co., we believe meaningful jewelry should be made to be worn, loved, and cherished.

We carefully select our jewelry with quality, durability, and craftsmanship in mind. Every piece is quality-checked before it reaches you, and we stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

Our Warranty

Malkani & Co. offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact us. Once the item has been reviewed and determined to be covered by our warranty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that were not caused by normal use, accidental damage, or improper care.

Examples may include:

Defective clasps or closures
Chains or components that fail because of a manufacturing defect
Loose or improperly secured components resulting from a manufacturing issue
Other verified defects in materials or workmanship

Coverage is determined after the item has been reviewed by Malkani & Co.

What Isn't Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow our jewelry care recommendations.

This includes normal scratches or signs of wear; broken or stretched chains caused by pulling or snagging; lost jewelry or components; damage caused by impact; and changes resulting from exposure to perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, cleaning products, excessive moisture, or other environmental conditions.

The warranty also does not cover jewelry that has been altered, repaired, or modified by someone other than Malkani & Co. or an authorized service provider.

Plating & Finish

Our jewelry is designed with durability and everyday wear in mind. However, plated and finished jewelry can naturally change over time depending on frequency of wear, skin chemistry, environment, and exposure to water, chemicals, beauty products, and other substances.

For this reason, normal fading, scratching, or gradual changes to the finish caused by wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Following our Jewelry Care Guide will help preserve the appearance of your jewelry for as long as possible.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at malkani.and.co@gmail.com and provide:

Your name, order number, photographs or video clearly showing the issue, and a brief description of what happened.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Replacement Availability

If a replacement is approved but the original item is no longer available, Malkani & Co. may offer an alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.

Replacement items do not necessarily qualify for a new warranty period; the applicable warranty remains based on the original purchase date, unless otherwise required by law.

Purchases from Other Sellers

Our warranty applies only to authentic Malkani & Co. jewelry purchased directly from our official website or another authorized Malkani & Co. sales channel.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
